Most content updates (text and images) are completed within 2 business days. More complex updates may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Yes, you can add to your website with additional features or pages whenever you like. We call these enhancements “PowerUps,” which you can purchase at any time.

No – and you don’t have to! We include unlimited content updates, so you can simply send us the changes, and we’ll take care of them for you—usually within 2 business days.

No, hosting is included in your plan. We take care of everything—security, backups, speed optimisations, and ongoing maintenance so you don’t have to worry about it.

There is a minimum commitment of 12 months ($299/month). This ensures we can provide you with the best service, covering your website design, setup, launch, and ongoing support.

After the initial 12 month period, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis, with the flexibility to cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.

We hope you’ll stay with us long-term, but if you decide to leave after your minimum term, you own your content and domain. We’ll provide your text and images, and we can assist with transitioning to another provider if needed.
